The Ohio State Highway Patrol (OSHP) has created a system by which stolen commercial vehicles can be reported and tracked.

Please make sure to read all of the instructions.

NOTE: Completed forms with Police Report attached, are to be sent to OTA first. We will then forward them on to the patrol.
